Adult fitness - zumba

You’ve heard a lot about the newest way to get fit and may have even seen the infomercials on television. Taught by our own Certified instructor, Zumba is a Latin Style fitness class where each participant can move at their own pace.  It’s fun, it’s for everyone.  Moms can bring their teen daughters and get in shape together!  No worries about the person next to you! Everyone’s free to “work it” at their own level.


Wednesdays: 7:00-8:00 p.m.*

*This class is FREE for ALL school teachers as our way of saying “thanks” for caring for the kids in our community.

Adult fitness - Pilates

The time proven technique of Pilates strengthens, stretches, and tones your body.  Excellent for all body types and since it is not a high-impact form of exercise, it is easy on your hips, knees and ankles!

Taught by our own Certified Instructor, Pilates is suitable for all people. We strongly encourage our dancers to attend Pilates on a regular basis. You simply can’t find a better way to improve your core muscle strength!

Ballroom Classes and Programs

Impact Dance of Atlanta offers group classes and private lessons for adults, college students, and teens! Our ballroom lessons are focused on teaching you how to social dance.

Ballroom Private/Semi-private Lessons

Do you prefer to work with a specific partner?  Do you prefer to work on a specific dance or a certain song? Well, private lessons may be for you. You can learn Swing, Latin, Smooth, and Country dances; go at your own pace, get ready for a special event, or just be ready to hit the dance floor with confidence!  We have wedding, prom, birthday, and special event packages available!  Please call the office at (770) 974-8653 and let us help YOU have a tailor-made dance for your special event. Our packages make a great gift for birthdays and anniversaries, or just for fun!

 

 

Ballroom for Teens

Do you have a middle or high school student who is interested in learning how to social dance? We have a dynamic group class every Wednesday 4:00-5:00 p.m. A class for students with some ballroom experience meets Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00.  Call the office (770) 974-8653 for more information!
